In this restaurant, open exclusively for dinner, the chef unveils the treasures of the coast and hinterland, highlighting short supply chains, mindful harvesting, and committed local producers. The seasons and the terroir are expressed with genuine creativity, inspired by the landscapes that surround him. Each dish becomes a celebration of the senses, of nature, and of the present moment.
