A gastronomic menu for Ocean Week
From June 10 to 14, in celebration of Ocean Week, Amarines by Mauro Colagreco celebrates the Mediterranean through an exclusive menu.
This 7-course menu pays tribute to seafood and to the blue soul of the Mediterranean. Wild fish from our coastline, Camargue shellfish, sea herbs, seaweed, caviar and iodized notes come together to create a refined gastronomic experience.
In the heart of Cap d’Antibes, facing the Mediterranean, Amarines by Mauro Colagreco invites its guests to rediscover the sea in a new light, through cuisine inspired by nature, seasonality and the treasures of the coastline.
7-course menu at €195 per person, excluding drinks.
