REOPENING OF AMARINES BY MAURO COLAGRECO

A Transformed Terrace

With the arrival of warmer days, Amarines by Mauro Colagreco is unveiling a fresh new look. The terrace has been transformed, opening up fully to the landscape and offering a view of the Mediterranean in a bright, serene setting. The terrace will also reveal a lounge bar area with a soft and enveloping atmosphere, inviting contemplation, hushed exchanges and suspended moments, subtly carried by the sea breeze and the golden reflections of twilight.

To celebrate this renewal, Chef Mauro Colagreco and his teams are honoring the season with two new menus:

 

  • The Spring Menu (3 courses): Priced at €130 per person (excluding drinks), this menu highlights seasonal produce with a fresh, light, and essential approach. Available until May 6th.

 

  • The Horizons Menu (7 courses): Priced at €195 per person (excluding drinks), this menu invites you to an immersive experience—a gastronomic journey where every dish balances finesse, precision, and creativity.

 

A new encounter with the season and the Mediterranean, to be discovered starting April 17th.
